1. I am most proud of my usage of quotes throughout this writing process. I not only used the right amount of quotes (in the past, I have struggled with putting too many quotes in each paragraph), but I cited them correctly. I am proud that I have improved my in-text citation abilities.

2. I would probably come up with a few more points to my argument, maybe even a couple more studies. I would have to take a break from the paper for a while, but coming back to it I know that I would find many more things I could do to improve it. Overall, I wouldn’t change it too drastically.

3. Multiple drafts really helped me out with this research paper a lot. Starting with the outline, then the first draft, and continuing to constantly improve felt to me like my essay was shedding skin with each change, each time improving. I am very pleased with how the essay turned out, and owe a great deal of it to this new writing process.

4. I learned that music, in fact, does have an effect on its listener. Angry music changes the audience’s emotions, which can easily turn into thoughts, and then potentially actions. Originally, I thought that music would have no effect, but there is definitely a correlation.

5. I would require there to be a second draft due before the final draft. Often I find that each draft is better than the next, so why don’t we give the essay a chance to be one draft better? I think it would really improve everybody’s writing.
