LessingRemixIntro

The LessingRemixIntro was a very interesting read. I believe that artists should have the right to take down a video if the individual who posted it copied it exactly and the original artist is not given credit, if not I believe they should not be able to. The example given in the text I do not agree with. If someone posts a video of their child dancing to music, and they are not dubbing the music in it is just playing outside, it is absurd to think that that is considered copyrighted. If they were to post a video and then dub, lets say a Drake song, over it, that would be considered copy right because they are playing a song that must have permission in order to use or they did not give him credit.

These lines are very blurry and is very case by case. Just to be safe, I believe that if you give the artist credit and you have acquired their work legally like bought it on iTunes and it is something little like a youtube video it should be allowed for someone to post a video with that music in the background.
